Recession Proof Decompression Exercises

Recession proof decompression exercises as compiled by yours truly.
  1. Indulge the hell out of the small things. These include simple things such as: people watching, making coffee at home, enjoying the spaces of time when the sun is actually shining.
  2. Creating small projects for each day. Even if it's getting your car serviced on your days off, doing laundry or organizing your damned movies and your crowded bookshelves.
  3. Music multiplied by
  4. Read. Constantly.
