Very interesting article and chart concerning non-monogamy, originally from Sexual Informatics: Non-Monogamy.
As we all know, love, sex & everything in between is rather messy. I've been coming to grips recently about consensual actions on my past and present relationships, what works, what doesn't, etc. Along with the expected kicking, screaming, whining and a smidge of insecurity, the easiest (and tactful) answer is this:

"the best we can do is honor what is alive in us in the moment."

I read that today and it made my day a little bit easier.
That and I baked a lot today. And cleaned. I felt like Martha Stewart, sans the scamming Wall Street thing.
